Legislation signed by the Governor and set to take effect July 1 has already had an effect: the “Aid for Women Clinic” in Kansas City, KS, one of three abortion providers in the state, has been denied a license to operate that will now be required under the law. It is believed that the abortion industry is considering a lawsuit against the new law.
