The Kansas Catholic Conference offered testimony today addressing the moral principles that should be adhered to as the Legislatures considers the many tax reform proposals before it. Governor Brownback has proposed a significant overhaul of Kansas’ income tax code, which would include the elimination of most tax credits and a lowering of income tax rates.
