Kansas House to Debate In-State Tuition Policy

Today the Kansas House is expected to consider legislation that would end in-state tuition rates for illegal immigrants.  The Kansas bishops submitted a joint statement to legislators expressing their concern that this legislation would fall heavily upon the children of illegal immigrants, some of whom have been here almost their entire lives and had nothing to do with the decision to come here illegally.
