At the conclusion of Mass, Father often sends the congregation out with these words: “Go forth, glorifying the Lord with your lives.”

This is the mission of the Kansas Catholic Conference (KCC), serving as the voice of the Catholic Bishops of Kansas in the arena of public policy. We seek to promote justice, advocating on behalf of policies aligned with Catholic teachings. Our primary mission is upholding the sanctity of life from conception to natural death, protection of religious freedom, and advancing the well-being of families and communities.

The KCC is also deeply engaged in other issues on behalf of the poor, the migrant, educational opportunity and much more. As part of our advocacy, the KCC works closely with lawmakers, providing a Catholic perspective on proposed legislation and fostering dialogue on the issues of the day.
